  1. How do I upload files? Once logged in, navigate to the folder from the "Go To Folder" drop down menu where you want to upload the file to: View Screenshot

  2. How do I download files? Once logged in, navigate to a folder from the "Go To Folder" drop down menu where the file is stored. View Screenshot

  3. How do I delete a file(s)? Once logged in, navigate to a folder from the "Go To Folder" drop down menu where the file(s) are stored. View Screenshot

  4. How do I share files with other people? MyCorpVault provides the option to email files to valid email addresses. Once logged in, navigate to a folder from the "Go To Folder" drop down menu where the file is stored. View Screenshot

    In the "Details" panel, select the "More Options" button and navigate to the "Email File" option: View Screenshot

    In the resulting page, enter the email address(es) that the file is to be sent to and select the "Send" button. View Screenshot

  5. How do I retrieve a deleted file? MyCorpVault stores deleted files for 30 days. To retrieve a deleted file, navigate to the Trash folder from the "Go To Folder" drop down menu: View Screenshot

  6. I cannot find a file(s). What do I do? Files that were deleted can be located in the Trash folder up to 30 days after they are deleted. If a file was deleted longer than 30 days ago contact us at 1-877-692-6772 to retrieve them.

  7. How do I download all files at once? Navigate to Home: View Screenshot

    In the resulting page select the "Download All" button. All files are downloaded and added to a zip file: View Screenshot

    Note: The downloaded files that are zipped still maintain the same folder structure as in MyCorpVault. Files with duplicate names in the same folder will only have the latest copy of the file downloaded.

  8. What file formats are supported? Most image formats (JPEG, BMP, PNG). Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint documents. PDF documents. Plain text files.

  9. What is the file size upload limit? The maximum file size for a single upload is 30MB.

  10. I am unable to download a file. What do I do? MyCorpVault tries its utmost to maintain 100% uptime. During some system updates access to the service may be limited. If this persists Contact customer care at 1-877-692-6772 and we will be glad to help.

  11. How do I preview a file? Certain file formats can be viewed within the browser without having to download the file. Once logged in, navigate to a folder from the "Go To Folder" drop down menu where the file is stored: View Screenshot

    If the file can be opened in the browser, it is opened in a new window. If it cannot be opened, it is downloaded for you to view at your convenience

  12. How do I categorize files Files can be categorized for easier retrieval. Once logged in, navigate to a folder from the "Go To Folder" drop down menu where the file(s) are stored. View Screenshot
